The faster the world turns, the more we realise that believing in magic and wonder happens less and less. As adults we are preoccupied; we have lost touch and we are always searching for the next best thing which has resulted in us forgetting what it is like to be excited about the 'heroes' that existed for us as children, whether they be mythical or not. This song is about just that and it celebrates the children in our lives who keep magic and wonder alive for us when we need it most. In a world where society is so hell bent on taking these 'heroes' away from us for one reason or another, it is important to take a step back and remember that they exist in the hearts and minds of the children who are special to us and that we should perhaps pay more attention to that. We could be better adults. With that in mind we have decided to raise money for an organisation who are currently helping young people become the best adults they can possibly by supporting them to gain the confidence, skills and resilience needed to successfully achieve their own goals and aspirations. 50% of the download sales of this song are going to the 16+ Activity Agreement programme at Cupar Youth Cafe and the funds will be used to provide young people with experiences that you and we may take for granted.
